DAY 01 - COLOMBO (One Night)
On your arrival in Colombo, stay the first night of your one week holiday in Sri Lanka in a very stylish boutique hotel in the administrative capitol of Sri Lanka, Sri Jayawardanapura Kotte, just 20 minutes away from Colombo's city centre. Have a relaxing evening at the hotel or take some leisure strolls in the locale or even do a brief evening city drive in our car to see what Colombo is.
DAY 02 & 03- COLOMBO (Two Nights)
Explore the most venerated city of Sri Lanka, Kandy. Kandy is the home for Lord Buddha's Tooth relic housed at Kandy's Royal Palace where one could observe centuries old Buddhist rituals during a sermon. Stay in a small family owned hotel in Kandy in the countryside and explore an authentic rural village in the foothills of Knuckles mountains and enjoy a home cooked lunch at a village home before resorting to a relaxing afternoon. You have ample time to explore, relax and interact with ever friendly locals during your holiday in Sri Lanka.
DAY 04 - NUWARA ELIYA (One Night)
On your arrival in Colombo, stay the fEnjoy a scenic and nostalgic train journey from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, the Tea capitol of Sri Lanka. Nuwara Eliya, once the summer retreat for the English and Scottish planters who introduced Tea to Sri Lanka. Without the train journey from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, your holiday in Sri Lanka is not complete. Visit a Tea estate to experience the Tea culture by plucking tea leaves, seeing Tea manufacturing process and also tasting a cup of Tea. Evening walks in Nuwara Eliya town you would be able to visit Nuwara Eliya market and cloth bazar. You will be staying in a cozy small hotel in Nuwara Eliya, closer to the town.
DAY 05 - YALA (One Night)
Take an interesting drive from cold climes of central hills to deep southern drylands of Yala enjoying the scenic landscape and waterfalls, Yala National Park is home for high density of Leopards, Elephants, Sloth Bears and many varieties of birds. Chill out by the pool with an enthralling view of breezy lake in the afternoon before taking a breathtaking sunset Kayaking trip, a highlight of your trip to Sri Lanka. You will be staying in a small safari lodge in Yala with a nice view of a lake.
DAY 06 - GALLE (One Night)
Take an early morning private safari in Yala National Park in search for the elusive Leopards and other animals such as Bears and Elephants with an expert naturalist before heading to southern capitol of Galle to explore Dutch Fort of Galle. Walk inside the Dutch Fort to witness the rich architecture and enjoy a meal of your choice in a trendy café. Spend the last night of your one-week trip in Sri Lanka in a stylish boutique hotel in Colombo.
DAY 07 - DEPARTURE (One Night)
Say good bye and make your way to Colombo International Airport to fly back home after an authentic holiday in this miracle Island, Sri Lanka.
